My pup is totally obsessed with the Jaxon bed! He’s a 17 lb miniature schnauzer, and the medium size gives him plenty of room to stretch out from head to tail. I’ve even laid down with him a few times and I’m pretty sure he’s got a bed that’s WAY comfier than mine! It’s super soft and cushy with that responsive foam, plus I really appreciate that I can easily remove the cover to wash it if he gets his muddy little paws on it before I can stop him. Since that bed is the first spot he heads to whenever he comes inside, it’s definitely his new favorite hangout! I highly suggest the Jaxon dog bed for anyone looking to treat their furry friend to a fantastic sleeping experience. :)

I chose not to keep my Skyler pillow...it was just a tad too firm for my liking. No doubt it was a top-notch pillow. Still, I gotta give 5 stars for the customer service I got while returning it. (Haven't seen that level of service with other companies, that's for sure!)

This is my second review after my previous poor experience! After two months of trying, I finally got in touch with a not-so-helpful agent through the Sleepenvie site instead of Labaie, where I bought the mattress. Not sure what went wrong, but my return process was a total mess. I'm giving them 3 stars, even though my item was damaged and defective, because they did help me get my refund and they genuinely care about their customers!

I gotta say, their customer support is top-notch! I had a little hiccup with my order since they sent me the wrong size bed. But they reached out to me super fast, said sorry, and sent out the correct size right away while also organizing the pickup for the incorrect one. They even threw in a pillow to make up for the trouble! Plus, they checked in later to ensure everything was sorted out. I’d totally think about shopping with them again because of their awesome service!

Mariana reached out to us multiple times after we let her know about the tear in the headboard fabric. She's super nice and professional; she listened to what we had to say and asked us to send a picture. We discovered that aside from the issue with the back fabric, the bed is solid and looks classy once we assembled everything. They ultimately chose to send us a replacement bed. Gotta give full credit to Mariana for her outstanding customer service. Thanks a bunch!

SleepEnvie is truly an awesome company from start to finish. They’re top-notch when it comes to mattresses; I’ve tested a bunch of other brands, and they just can’t hold a candle to this one. The folks at SleepEnvie are super friendly and know their stuff. I bet their mattresses will be in every household before long!!!!

I had a fantastic shopping experience, and the payment choices were solid. Delivery was super quick, especially since I ordered on boxing day, and I received updates on the shipping status throughout the process. The mattress is awesome, though it does feel a tad lower on the side where we took off the plastic wrap last.

I had no idea that feeling cozy could be such a fantastic experience right at home! When we decided to get the Hunter Sleepenvie mattress, we were honestly more pumped about the whole bed-in-a-box thing than anything else! It soon became obvious that the toughest part of our new sleeping arrangement was walking by the bed without dozing off! Who can say no to that?! We hardly notice each other moving during the night; honestly, I’m not even sure we do anymore! This mattress offers incredible comfort that goes beyond just support! It’s way more than just a bed in a box; it’s a whole new level of joy!

I can't get enough of my Sleepnvie mattress. Seriously, it's the coziest bed I've ever laid on. It's firm yet somehow avoids those annoying pressure points. We bought three King Size Hunter Mattresses for our main bedroom and two guest rooms since we’re empty nesters now.

At first, we were a bit worried about how soft the Hunter would be and whether it would support our backs properly. But man, were we surprised! The bed turned out to be super comfy and really supportive. I used to wake up in the middle of the night with my hips hurting, but that’s a thing of the past. Turns out, my old mattress was part of the problem. Now, we sleep pain-free on the Hunter. It’s just so cozy! Our guests love it too and keep coming back—our adult kids, of course, love the free meals and wine that come with it!

Incredibly comfortable! This mattress is the best!!! I’ve given a shot to a bunch of popular brands, but they were all just too firm for my liking. This one feels like you’re resting on a cloud. It’s softer but still provides great support. When I was pregnant, it was so cozy that I didn’t even need extra pillows. With other mattresses, I’d wake up feeling sore and dealing with hip and lower back pain. That’s completely gone now that I’m using this mattress. It molds to your body and doesn’t get too hot either. Totally worth the price. And in my opinion, it’s a really good deal!

This second bed is nothing like the one I got for my first son. The original was firm and supportive, but this one just doesn’t measure up. I’m really let down compared to the first one I had, and I’ll definitely think twice before purchasing another king size bed. I might even switch companies since the customer service didn’t provide any useful help or suggestions for alternatives. It’s a bummer because I really loved the first bed we got for our son. The latest one? Not really a fan, to be honest. Thanks.

As someone who sleeps on my side and stomach, I prefer a flatter pillow, and I was able to modify it just the way I like. Plus, it comes with a washable cover and a separate pillow for storing any extra foam after adjustments. I noticed that I’m not waking up or tossing around anymore; I just sink right into a comfy position. My sleep has definitely improved.
